You can always tire yourself out during the day with some vigorous exercise, like going for an hour long run or playing an active sport for an hour or so. Then, at night time, you can wear an eye mask to cut out the disturbing lights and put on a pair of ear plugs to cut out the noise to help you get a better sleep.
